It means your monthly rate is locked in permanently. If prices go up for new members next year or five years from now, you continue paying exactly what you locked in today. That guarantee holds for as long as you remain an active member.
Yes. Life happens and we build that in. Founding Members can pause once per calendar year for up to 30 consecutive days. Just give us 7 days notice before your next billing date and your billing cycle extends by the number of days paused. Your Founding Member rate is fully preserved through a pause. The only way to lose your Founding Member rate is to cancel your membership entirely.
If you cancel your membership, your Founding Member rate is gone permanently. When you rejoin, you would do so at whatever the current rate is at that time. If life gets in the way, we strongly recommend pausing rather than canceling — you keep your rate and your spot.
