Questions About Membership

Members have access to an expanded schedule not available to the general public: Monday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. These slots are held exclusively for members and are not bookable through the standard schedule.

Life happens. Members are allowed to roll one unused session into the following month, so nothing is ever simply lost. That said, the results from this work are cumulative. Skipping a month occasionally won't set you back, but consistency is what creates the long-term change you're investing in. We'll always encourage you to use your time.

Memberships are set up directly through MassageBook. All tiers are month-to-month with no long-term contract. If you need to pause or cancel, simply let us know before your next billing date. There is no cancellation fee and no awkward conversation. If the timing isn't right, we'd rather you come back when it is.

Arrival

  • New clients: please complete your intake form online before your appointment (a link is sent automatically after booking) and plan to arrive 10 minutes early so we can review your intake and formulate your session plan.
  • Established clients: 5 minutes early is appreciated.
  • Late arrival may result in a shortened session to respect the next client's time.

Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled appointment.
  • In special cases, a partial or full appointment may be accommodated at our discretion with advance notification.
  • The original session fee will be charged regardless of arrival time.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for reschedules or cancellations.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows are responsible for the full session fee.
  • We understand that life happens. Please communicate as early as possible.

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All client records and health information are strictly confidential.
  • Information is only shared with your written consent or as required by law.
  • Client health information is handled with the same discretion and professionalism as any licensed medical provider.

Professional Conduct
